How much does it cost to be an ODESHE customer?
It’s free to join, with no added fees to shop besides shipping/postage if you don’t choose to collect your order.
Are ODESHE Local Shop products more expensive than buying directly from the shop?
ODESHE Local Shop charges Shop Owners very little, so we encourage shops to list their products at the same prices as in store. However that decision is down to the Shop Owner.
Also, many Shop Owners also post their discounts on LOCAL Discounts, so you may be more likely to find better prices on ODESHE Local Shops!
Do I need to bring ID to collect my order?
Yes. You will need to bring the following 3 pieces of ID to collect your order:
- Order number (Order confirmation email is best)
- Government-issued photo ID (i.e. driver’s licence, passport, residence permit or travel photoID)
- The debit/credit card used to purchase the order being collected.
The Shop Owner will need to record the last 4 digits of your ID and debit/credit card during collection.
Can I return products that I buy?
All Local Pickup orders can be cancelled 14 days after the purchase if they have not been collected.
Once an order has been picked up, any refund or cancellation of your order will be managed by the shop according to their policies, which can be found on each shop’s ODESHE profile page, along with their contact details.
